Channel does not appear after finished a swap Triangle

Hi. I have created a Tirangle liquidity swap (Chttps://lightningnetwork.plus/swaps/23450) and nodes B and C appears like "B reported opening to C" and "C reported opening to A". These channels not appears in the channel node list.

How long it takes for the channel to appear?

Only C to A is missing now. I asked them to open. It should appear within an hour at most after opening.
