Triangle swap not finished

Looks like node C isn't online or something is broken with their node. You're OK to close the channel you opened if you wish but please put this into the comments first. I recommend you don't close the channel if you benefit from it. Just leave a bad rating and abandone the triangle. Unfortunately such events ocassionally happen. We don't have a system to guarantee a channel beyond reputation. The user has 14 good and 3 bad ratings, so it appears they were playing by the rules so far, but recently something happened. I usually ban nodes with too many bad reviews so they don't cause a disappointment further for members.
