Agreement ID 23732- Forced Closure- Terms Violation
Hello Support,
I'm the admin for Agreement ID 23732 and wanted to notify you of a forced channel close that occurred within the agreement.
As the admin, I cannot represent or claim losses on behalf of the individual node operators involved. My goal is simply to report the situation and understand what options or processes may exist for the participants.
One detail that may be relevant is that the forced close occurred almost immediately after lower routing fees were set in the agreement channels in order to allow for fair rebalancing across participants.
For transparency, I did post a Lightning invoice in the agreement comments so the participant has the option to voluntarily cover the costs if they choose, but this was not intended to represent a claim on behalf of all participants.
Could you please advise on:
• Whether the platform offers mediation or dispute resolution for agreement participants
• Whether the forced close would be considered a violation of the agreement terms; can this user be removed if an agreement is not met?
• What steps individual node operators should take if they wish to report losses or request support
