Merge/migrate different LN+ accounts after node change

No, there is no current way to do that. You can only create a new account with the new node for now. But I'm working on a feature where you can merge nodes into one account, but there are many edge cases I couldn't yet resolve around reputation and tracking.

My node crashed and I have a new node ID now; would like to be able to add the 2nd node or replace the existing one with the new one. I realize it's probably more complex than it seems. Thanks!
