My funds are still locked, after the channel closing.
It seems it will take another 600 blocks for them to get released.
Then I'll recreate the channel.

Your expectation of receiving 2M SATS when closing a channel is incorrect. You only receive as much as still remaining on your side in the channel when closing. Don’t worry. You lost no funds.
