Appeal for retaliatory rating removal on swap 24216

Dear Admins,

the peer GreekCoiner left a negative rating after my node triggered an automated force close. As shown in the lncli closedchannels proof below, this was an automated safety close due to an outgoing HTLC timing out (resolution_type: OUTGOING_HTLC, outcome: TIMEOUT) on an unresponsive peer, not a manual or malicious close.

 Additionally, public chain metrics (mempool.space) show this peer has closed 32 channels since March, 6 of which were force closes, indicating larger peer  unresponsiveness. 

Please review and remove the retaliatory rating.
