Auto Fee interval parameter in LNDg
I understand the recommended Auto Fee interval parameter in LNDg is 24 hours. I have read that updating fees too frequently (e.g., every 1 to 2 hours) creates unnecessary network overhead and can lead to peers rate-limiting your node's gossip messages. Is this true?
I ask because I have noticed in my Peer Event Logs that LNBiG changes their fees more or less every 30 minutes.
So what do think on this matter?
Many thanks

In my view, more frequent updates can be valid, but they should respond to meaningful liquidity changes. Daily updates are a sensible default, rather than a mandatory limit.
