Why my new Bitcoin Lightning Network node not visible on LN+?

When you create a new LN node it's not immediately visible to the Lightning Network. Other nodes and services like LN+, 1ML or Amboss can only pull your node information (ex. alias, color, etc.) when the data is available over the so called LN gossip protocol. Once you opened your first channel, the gossip protocol will become aware of your node and therefore all services and nodes will also see it within minutes.

On LN+ you can start opening channels even if we can't yet pull your node info. Approximately after an hour you opened the first channel you should see your LN+ profile updated with correct information.
