How do I report a member?

There is a member "anonymous417". In swap 293, I joined downstream, so this node created a channel to me. Then in swap 371, I was in it and this node joined the swap after me - ignoring the rule that we should not connected to nodes we are already connected to. About an hour ago, this node closed both channels which violates the agreement we have to keep these channels open for 12 months.

  1. Thanks for reporting it. We need to make sure operators on LN+ are playing by the rules.
  2. Wait a bit. They may have closed the two smaller channels in order to open one larger one instead. This is beneficial to both of you. And we have done it in the past to optimize our channels.
  3. If that's not the case, I will reach out to Anonymous417 to see if it's a mistake and if they can correct it. You can email LN+ in 24h about this.
  4. If none of that works out you can mark the user negatively in the swap where he opened to you. We will have a policy where users who have a certain ration of negative ratings against positive will not be able to join swaps anymore.

Joined a swap for 10 million sats.  He opened a channel to me for 50,000.  Now he is closing it and saying he doesn't have the sats to open it.  Very frustrating to go through the whole thing and now he is not going to hold up his end.  Why join if you can't do it?  It's too bad there isn't some consequence.
