Difficulty with a peer.

Hi, I would like to know how to resolve a situation where a peer is not adhering to the terms of the swap. Channel size was set to 2M, yet the peer has a minimum size of 2.1M set on their node. I would either like for the swap to be dissolved or be removed from the swap. #6223

I think we should delete the swap, so you can start with new correct conditions. None of the channels are open, so no harm done.
