UmbrelGuy369 closed our channel then rated me negatively
I opened a channel to UmbrelGuy369 in this swap https://lightningnetwork.plus/swaps/5235
He closed the channel himself some time ago and has now rated me negatively.
I reached out to him but the message was ignored

It's experimental software, some nodes are run better than others, and yes some channels get force closed and you lose sats. Some outcomes may be beyond anyone's control. Also you can't, for example, have any fee expectations about other swap participants, and maybe circumstances change and someone decides to quit running their node. All of that is a given, but this operator (who professes love and light) is simply abusing the system of goodwill for a few extra sats and in my opinion should be kicked from the platform.

Me too. Before closing, he set a “protective” commission rate (1111 ppm) for a long time so that I could not balance our channel.

This is an experimental network for sure.
We've all learned that the hard way unless the admin will put a more prominent warning on the site pages.

What were the dates with the number of words you messaged to UmbrelGuy369?
Feel free to PM me or post the full UmbrelGuy369 PM and/ or swap message history and I'll see if I can mediate the removal of your negative rating.
There are other mediators available on agorist.market also.
Frankly, asking LN+ to ban a user with 221 "Happy" ratings because "He closed the channel himself some time ago and has now rated me negatively.
I reached out to him but the message was ignored" sounds like you're wasting the admin's time.
Once a swap is full, only participants of this swap and the site admin can read or post comments.
The other swap participant appears happy with the person's performance and while 4 Neg's is bad, they do have 200+ positive so it seems like a minor disagreement rather than something to seek war over.

My message text to UmbrelGuy369 witout answer: " Hi! Can you tell me, why did you change my rating to negative?" This is all my message history with UmbrelGuy369 after he closed channel and set neganive rating to me.

Shire - I don't see why I should have a negative rating after someone closed the channel I opened. This is the only available forum in which to raise the issue so I raised it here. That does not constitute "war". As you can see from this thread I am not the only person who has had a bad experience. Your initial comment was unnecessary and dismissive, if you consider it a waste of time then don't respond

You sound entitlement minded to control other node operators action or inaction.
You propose to remove a customer of this site because of a 1-2% negative review ratio.
You're request to me and the admin seem overbearing.

No, I did NOT request admin to remove the user I said that it was my opinion he should be removed. My complaint is NOT based on a negative review ratio, it is based on a failure to abide by the promise made when entering into a swap agreement, and a deliberate abuse of the system of trust that the site operates on. Note in relation to the lack of negative reviews, I have not examined which channels have been closed but if a user closes a channel that was opened to them, the other participant is unable to give a negative review, as I was unable to.
You are merely seeking argument here, my request to you is to stop

I added new information to this discussion page and requested information disclosure from you.
It seems you have argued with my new information while failing to respond to my information request.
All are relevant to your complaints.
Your requests have already been addressed by me above.

What is the explicit written promise made and penalty agreed for violation?
William Satsbless wrote over 2 years ago
The commitment is to open a channel for the number of months specified, there is no agreed penalty. There is nothing to say you can't negatively rate users for whatever reason you like, it's all simply a matter of mutual goodwill
