Are the swaps on this website creating a hub?

I am wondering how creating channels with this website impacts the Network. There are ~1100 users on lightningnetwork.plus (so ~1100 nodes?) but there are 24.000 nodes in total according to 1ml.

I am thinking using this website website lot will create a large superhub of it's users. But how can this hub be connected to the other 21.000 nodes out there?

I hope this question makes any sense at all... :)

Lot of the users of this website have channels open with nodes outside of this network and will inter connect LN+ nodes and channels with outside world.

Thanks for the answer. Do you have a suggestion on how to find nodes to do liquidity swaps outside LN+ as well?
