Can't connect with my swap partner

For whatever reason I cannot connect with my assigned swap partner. (using RTL)

Same problem here. Also, I inadvertantly clicked opening channel and can't reverse it.

Let me know which swap. I'll help reverse it and also checking what's the deal with the node you can't open to.
