Watchtower connection problems?

I am seeing lots of the following in my ln logs.

2022-10-06 10:20:50.240 [ERR] WTCL: (legacy) SessionQueue(02fdb974ea3e521c161452af71727c81553613d7e199041ec559550f572581172f) unable to
send state update: unable to read message: read tcp 192.168.10.99:59736->34.216.52.158:9911: i/o timeout

Is it something to worry about?
