Feature request: uptime score

I may have asked this before but it is worth repeating.. could we have an uptime score , and be able to add it as swap criteria? The lightning network only works with nodes that are online. Nodes that are offline freeze liquidity and risk force closures. No rational operator would want to peer with nodes that have frequent downtime and yet currently it is just a roll of the dice when you join a swap

What is considered uptime? Sometimes you need to go offline to update software or to compact the database, etc.

Good feature to have, just be mindful that internet connectivity and routing between nodes could give misleading results. Could have both node reporting each other as offline.

I would assume if the advertised port is open then the node is up, rather than some kind of protocol based method.  Over 95% is not really that hard to achieve with typical upgrades and maintenance, that gives you for example 8h24m in a seven day window
