OPERATIONAL COMMITMENTS
- Uptime: >= 99.5% (allowing up to 3 hours per month for maintenance/network events)
- Channel longevity: Minimum 12-month commitment to ensure meaningful routing utility.
- Routing policy: Strict, steady adherence to the parameters above. No surprise fee changes.
- Soft-fork & Network Contingency: To protect against stuck HTLCs and forced closures during consensus changes or massive network disruptions, temporary cooperative channel closures may be coordinated with a minimum of 24 to 48 hours prior notice.
