- Visibility: Public channels for routing, strict Tor privacy for IPs.

Network Contingency
In case of a major consensus event or something that could cause stuck HTLCs: I'll give you 24–48 h notice before any cooperative closure. I'd expect the same courtesy. No one likes a surprise force-close.
