• Let liquidity move naturally before using aggressive circular rebalancing.
• Please avoid opening if we already have a direct channel or another active swap obligation together.
• We are especially interested in nodes that add useful connectivity to different areas of the Lightning graph rather than only connecting to the usual large hubs.
• Public routing channel expected.
