Description: Restrictions: I will not open a channel to you, if you are hosted on amazon google or microsoft "cloud". The "cloud" is a single centralized point of control and failure and surviellance and the mega-tech corp cloud is hostile to freedom and privacy. Way too many nodes and lightning routers are hosted on "the clouds" and I am resisting this by sanctioning connections with such to the best of my abilities. If your node is on "the cloud", it is not your node, it is someone elses node. And by hosting anything on AWS Azure or the googles, EVERYTHING on it is monitored and survielled and shared with the NSA via the prism program. The "clouds" harms the privacy that would otherwise be offered by bitcoin. And so the best course of action of bitcoiners is to sanction and cut off and isolate everything and anything hosted on such.
