(2) Nodes must have a GOOD rating on https://terminal.lightning.engineering/ to be considered.
(3) Check before you start opening a channel to guarantee everyone is eligible or else this swap is invalid.
(4) Any Node can balance the swap then invoice other nodes for the fees paid to each. We agree to repay those fees. This avoids the timing issues of everyone setting fees to 0/0.
