Configured to auto update fees per channel using charge-lnd

Friends, my node is now configured to auto update fees using charge-lnd based on the policies I defined.

I followed this post, and tweaked it a bit. I suggest that you do as well!

Quick summary:

Min: 5 ppm (most of the liquidity on my side)
Max: 500 ppm (most of the liquidity on your side)
Median: 57 ppm
Base fee: 0
If I've recently opened a channel with you, the fee would be 1 or 0 ppm

I may use LNDg in the future because it seems a better tool for rebalancing and dynamic fee management.
