Temporary high fees for drained channels to support fast routing (thanks Don Quixote Bank for explanation) 3. Zero base fees to allow fast routing (see https://arxiv.org/abs/2107.05322, thanks C-Otto for the link) 4. Permanent high fees for outbound-only channels (to be able to sustainably re-open/rebalance them - thanks C-Otto for great rebalancing script) 5. Learning is bigger fun than just earning. P.S.
